This page describes the terms and conditions for participating in the Global Spine (GSJS) conversational text messaging service.

Program Description

Global Spine offers a patient-initiated, two-way conversational text messaging service. This service allows you to text us at (602) 848-8888 with non-urgent questions or inquiries. Our staff will reply to your message from this same number.

SMS Consent Communication

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Global Spine, you will only receive messages in direct reply to your non-urgent, non-clinical, administrative inquiries. Examples include:

  • Questions about directions
  • Inquiries about office hours
  • Other general information

This text messaging service is not used for marketing, promotions, automated alerts, appointment reminders, or billing inquiries.

Example: “Hi, thank you for contacting Global Spine and Specialists LLC. Yes, we are open this coming Monday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please let us know if you have other questions. Reply STOP to opt-out.”

Opt-In Method

By sending the first text, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Global Spine in reply to your conversation.

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation text confirming your unsubscription, and you will not receive any further messages from us unless you initiate a new conversation.
